There’s a myriad of interesting rooming options in the area.  From expensive resorts, boutique hotels and airbnb houses, there is something for everyone.  However, due to the fall being an extremely popular time of the year for out of town visitors, it is very important to book a place to stay as soon as possible.  The best spots fill up quickly.  Some already have.

RENTALS

Airbnb, VRBO and Home Away are great sites for searching for private cabins and cottages in the area.  We recommend going this route if you'd like to stay with a larger group of people.  There are many affordable options.  We always rent an Airbnb when we're up for a weekend!  If you'd like to stay in a rental please make sure you are only looking at rentals in the towns of Phoenicia or Mt. Tremper.  Other surrounding towns such as Woodstock are not close enough to the venue to take advantage of the shuttle service.

If renting a house on any of the above sites, please be sure to double check the cancelation/payment policy.  Each owner has a different policies.  The fine print can be surprisingly different than what’s expected at a hotel.
